How to Request a Quote:

Fill out the contact form with details about which pieces you’d like a quote.

The Rental Process:

Once you receive a quote and would like to move forward with rentals, you will receive a Square Invoice for the 50% deposit to reserve rentals. The Invoice will have a Rental Agreement Document attached that would need to be signed. The remaining 50% deposit is due two weeks before the rental date. Along with the remaining deposit, the security deposit and delivery fee would be included as well. On the day of your event, items will be delivered and picked up at the end of the evening. Security deposits will be processed within 1-4 weeks.

Delivery or Pick-up

When your event date arrives, we provide a one hour window for deliveries and collection at the end of the event. Some vendors allow for collection the next morning. If the event is on personal property, collection the next morning is preferred if the event runs later in the evening. Delivered rentals require a 10% security deposit.

Clients may choose to pickup most rentals. Some of the bigger, delicate or detailed pieces are delivery only. Pick-ups require a 20% security deposit.

Could you use some Inspiration?

We can help! If you have any Pinterest boards, that’s a great first step! We would build from that inspiration and include rental pieces that would go well with the mood you’re shooting for. If you don’t have an inspiration board, no worries! Let us know the vibe you are aiming for, colors, possibly florals and some of your favorite rentals and we can whip up an Inspo Board for you to consider.
